How it works

Designing a garden from a distance is simpler than it sounds. Here is exactly how we work together, from your first enquiry to a finished, build-ready design.

  1. Step 1

    Project enquiry

Tell me about your project, your site, and your budget through the enquiry form. I will check I am the right fit before we go any further.

  2. Step 2

    Your free proposal

I send through a free, tailored proposal covering my understanding of your project, the scope of work, and pricing. No obligation, no pushy follow-up.

  3. Step 3

    Kickoff call

A relaxed Google Meet to go through your brief, site plans and photos together, and clear up any questions before design starts.

  4. Step 4

    Concept design

I develop your first concept plan: the layout, how each area flows and functions, and the look and feel we talked through.

  5. Step 5

    Concept review call

We walk through the concept together. Your honest reactions shape any adjustments, so the final design lands exactly where you want it.

  6. Step 6

    Final design

I refine your feedback into a polished, build-ready design, with everything your installers and nursery will need.

  7. Step 7

    Implementation support

You are not left holding a plan and wondering what is next. I point you to trusted nurseries and install teams, and stay on hand through planting and build.
