ONLINE LANDSCAPE DESIGN, NEW ZEALAND WIDE
How it works
Step 1: Project enquiry
It all starts with the enquiry form. You tell me about your project, your site, your budget, and what you’re hoping to achieve, with a spot to upload any plans or photos. I’ll review it and check I’m the right fit for what you need before we go further, so neither of us starts down the wrong path.
Step 2: Your free proposal
From your brief, I put together a tailored proposal and send it through, free and with no obligation. It covers my understanding of your project, the scope of work, pricing, and how I work. You’ll have everything you need to decide in your own time, with no pushy follow-up.
Step 3: Kickoff call
If the proposal feels right, we jump on a quick Google Meet. We go through your brief in more detail, look over your site plans and photos together, and clear up any questions before design begins. A relaxed conversation, not a formal meeting.
Step 4: Concept design
I develop your first concept plan, setting the direction for the whole space: the layout, how each area flows and functions, and the look and feel we talked through.
Step 5: Concept review call
We get back on a call to walk through the concept together. I want your honest reactions, what you love, what you’d change, what it sparks. We confirm any adjustments here so the final design lands exactly where you want it.
Step 6: Final design
I refine everything from your feedback into a polished, build-ready design. Once it’s finalised and you’re happy with it, it’s yours to take forward, with all the detail your installers will need.
Step 7: Implementation support
You’re not left holding a plan and wondering what’s next. I’ll point you to trusted nurseries and install teams, and stay on hand through planting and build to clarify the design and keep things on track.
